Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across HR and faculty affairs.
• Align HR operations and people initiatives with VP&S goals.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders on workforce strategies.
• Oversee HR services: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management.
• Manage compensation administration and workforce planning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR metrics.
• Supervise Pod HR Directors, managers and staff.
• Lead change management and system optimization initiatives.
