Responsabilités

• Oversee HR/FA team to deliver quality service and compliant processes.
• Lead talent acquisition workflows and onboarding with Service Now.
• Develop SLAs with department leadership and monitor strict adherence.
• Manage compensation reviews and salary equity analyses.
• Advise on employee and labor relations and investigations.
• Ensure ISSO, I-9, HIPAA compliance and policy interpretation.
