Job summary

AllOne Health in Wilkes-Barre, PA seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations at the corporate headquarters. You will partner with the VP of HR to align HR with business goals and drive performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing compensation and performance processes, and advancing talent development and engagement while staying current on labor laws and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience or training; master's preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP credential preferred.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR team across Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Learning Management Systems.
• Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Ensures compliance with employment legislation and industry trends.
• Assesses training needs and monitors training programs via LMS.
• Oversees organization-wide compliance with federal, state, and local personnel laws.
• Maintains HR policies and procedures and ensures proper adherence.
• Manages performance reviews and compensation practices including executive/variable programs.
• Supports business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention.
• Analyzes trends and develops strategies to impact business results.
