The role partners with executive leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals and to foster a high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR leadership experience, comprehensive benefits strategy knowledge, and the business acumen needed

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead compliance oversight, risk management, and payroll/benefits programs.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and leadership development.
• Manage HR team, set goals, and ensure professional development.
• Foster an engaging culture and service-oriented HR function.
