Job summary

Primoris T&D Services, LLC seeks a Director of Human Resources for Power Delivery in Denton, TX. This role leads a ~10-person HR team supporting 2,800 employees across TX, FL, and LA, focusing on strategic HR, safety culture, and organizational effectiveness.

The position partners with senior leaders, HSE, Legal and corporate HR, driving workforce planning, talent management and performance, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in HR, business, or OD with relevant field experience.
• Senior HR leadership experience in complex, dispersed environments is preferred.
• Experience with HR policy, compliance, and labor law across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and business partnership to Power Delivery operations.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development across geographically dispersed teams.
• Drive employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning for ~2,800 employees.
