Job summary

Primoris Power Delivery is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Denton, TX team. You will develop and administer training programs for new hires and ongoing safety and compliance, coordinating with Operations, Safety, HR and customers.

The role requires 4+ years in substation, transmission, or distribution; travel up to 50%; ability to lift 75 pounds; OSHA 500 certification; proficiency in Office apps; and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum in Substation, Transmission, Underground or Overhead Distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel to multiple locations up to 50% and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce training content for operational needs.
• Organize, schedule, and facilitate New Hire Orientation and compliance training.
• Maintain training rosters and records for all classes and learning activities.
• Assist in implementing new training initiatives and updating procedures.
