• Strong business acumen connecting people initiatives to organizational outcomes.
• Proven success influencing leaders and driving change in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• Partner with leadership to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and future talent pipelines.
• Drive succession planning and workforce planning across locations.
• Use data trends to inform decisions and recommend solutions.
• Coach leaders through complex employee matters while balancing needs.
• Champion accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and develop HR team delivering consistent service.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
• Support change initiatives during growth and transformation.
