InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a strategic, collaborative Director of Human Resources to lead HR business partnership across our operations, reporting to the CHRO. The Director shapes workforce strategy while guiding employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance for a large, geographically dispersed workforce across eight states.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Healthcare or large multi-site service experience preferred.
