Job summary

InterDent Service Corporation, a leading dental support organization in the western United States, is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR business partnerships across its multi-state operations.

Reporting to the CHRO, this role oversees two HR Managers/Business Partners and three HR Generalists, guiding workforce strategy, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness for about 2,000 employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Minimum of three years leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners.
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations with geographically dispersed workforces.
• Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partnership across operations and report to CHRO.
• Drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning across eight states.
• Oversee HR Managers/Business Partners and HR Generalists; provide functional leadership.
• Partner with Legal and executive leadership to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives.
