Lead People Strategy Across a Growing, Multi-State Healthcare Organization

InterDent Service Corporation is one of the largest dental support organizations (DSOs) in the western United States, providing centralized business and administrative services that allow clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Supporting approximately 165 affiliated dental practices, 400+ dentists, and more than 2,100 employees across eight western states, InterDent operates under respected regional brands including Gentle Dental®, SmileKeepers®, Blue Oak Dental®, and Capitol Dental Care®.

Since 1994, CDC has focused on improving oral and overall health outcomes through preventive, community‑based care.

Our centralized operating model enables our practices to deliver exceptional patient care while driving consistency, operational excellence, and scalable growth across a complex, multi‑state healthcare organization.

Our Mission

To provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services while improving the overall health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.
