Responsibilities

• Maintains confidential employee information and protects company data.
• Keeps updated on policies, pay practices, benefits, and employment laws; communicates with employees.
• Coordinates center applicant flow from sourcing to selection; conducts initial interviews and reference checks.
• Manages bi-weekly Welcoming Program; trains new employees on time clock practices and badges.
• Administers Benefits and Compensation; liaises with Corporate Benefit Services and provides wage information.
• Conducts basic computer training for all new employees and supports transition to automated systems.
• Establishes and monitors Performance Evaluation Schedule (90 days and annual reviews).
• Directs employees to resources and responds to inquiries; supports HR-related requests.
• Partners with Center Management and Regional HR on Employee Survey Process.
• Investigates causes of disputes and grievances and recommends corrective action.
• Creates and maintains personnel files/records and ensures data quality and compliance.
• Coordinates Center programs such as Safety, Workers' Compensation, Recognition, Communications and Events.
• Supports corporate change initiatives and training delivery at the Center level.
• May represent the center at unemployment and workers' compensation hearings.
• Ensures policy compliance and acts as Back-Up to Center Scheduling Manager.
• Participates in Center Manager on Duty Program and performs other duties as required.
