Responsibilities

• Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality for personal employee information.
• Keeps current knowledge of policies, pay practices, benefits, and employment laws.
• Manages center HR processes from sourcing to hiring; conducts initial interviews and checks.
• Manages Welcoming Program and onboarding; ensures time clock training and badge creation.
• Administers benefits and compensation; liaises with Corporate Benefit Services.
• Provides basic computer training for new employees and supports transition to automated systems.
• Establishes performance evaluation schedules and counsels managers on performance issues.
• Directs employees to resources for needs and coordinates Employee Surveys with management.
• Investigates disputes and grievances; recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains personnel files and records; coordinates safety, workers' comp, and health records.
• Coordinates center programs and participates in staff training initiatives.
• Represents center at unemployment and workers' compensation hearings when needed.
• Ensures policy compliance and acts as Back-Up to Center Scheduling Manager.
• Participates in Center Manager on Duty program and performs other duties as required.
