Saint Francis Healthcare System seeks an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead all HR operations, closely aligning workforce strategy with patient care, organizational priorities, and financial stewardship. This onsite role reports to the CFO and partners with executives to drive talent, compensation, benefits, and HRIS initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a preferred Master's, and 7+ years in HR with 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least five years in a leadership role responsible for teams, programs, or multiple HR functions.
• Experience directing multiple HR disciplines; healthcare or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive and operational leaders on workforce planning and organizational change.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR operations, colleague relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, and HR information systems.
• Build trusted relationships, strengthen leaders, and foster a workplace with dignity, clear expectations, and balanced accountability.
• Serve as a visible advisor to address people matters early, directly, and respectfully, ensuring practical service and disciplined execution while preserving Legal and Compliance authority.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Master's degree in related field

SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR certification
