• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; progressive HR experience.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Seven or more years of HR leadership experience in public-sector, higher education, or complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership for the Division of Operations.
• Advise executive leaders on workforce planning, employee and labor relations, compensation, and policy interpretation.
• Supervise HR staff and coordinate with campus partners (Legal, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition).
• Ensure HR guidance aligns with policy, compliance, risk, and best practices across public-sector requirements.
