Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field; 7+ years in management.
• Experience overseeing HR functions and staff supervision.
• Strong knowledge of California wage and hour regulations and federal/state employment standards.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS and data-driven HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a values-driven culture by promoting servant leadership and engagement.
• Partners with senior leadership to address workforce needs and guide organizational development.
• Leads compensation and talent strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Oversees workforce planning and recruitment, including leadership hiring, onboarding, retention, and alignment of strategies.

• Champions employee relations and development, resolving issues and fostering a high-morale workplace.
• Ensures compliance and policy alignment, staying current with legislation and audits.
