Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that support business goals.
• Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across multiple distributed facilities.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
