InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR business partnerships across its growing multi-state healthcare organization.

The role reports to the CHRO, oversees two HR Managers/Business Partners and three HR Generalists, and guides workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance for about 2,000 employees across eight states. Hybrid work from Vancouver, WA or El Segundo, CA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners.
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations with dispersed workforces.
• Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and leadership coaching.

• Lead HR business partnerships across operations and drive workforce strategy.
• Oversee a regional HR team including managers, business partners, and generalists.
• Align people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation at scale.

• Drive change management, organizational design, and restructures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated people solutions.
