Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. In this strategic role, you will align talent initiatives with business objectives and operational growth.

You will partner with regional executives to design workforce strategies, guide employee and labor relations, and ensure compliance and safety across distributed sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed HR teams.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnership with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that support business goals.
• Guide employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across multiple facilities.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
