In this role, you will partner with regional presidents to craft workforce strategies, oversee employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage compensation programs across locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments in distribution, logistics, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Design and execute workforce strategies with regional leaders to support business goals.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across distributed facilities.
• Talent & Compensation: Oversee recruitment strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage/salary administration.
