An international automotive component manufacturer seeks a Human Resource Director to oversee all HR functions, policy development, and strategic people initiatives. This leadership role reports to executive management and guides a diverse team across compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment, training, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong computer and mathematical skills.
• Automotive manufacturing or multicultural experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage all HR functions for the organization, including compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, employee relations, training, safety, and workers’ compensation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to support company goals.
• Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentives, health insurance, and retirement plans.
• Manage workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.
• Oversee employee training and development programs and identify training needs.
• Monitor HR performance and develop strategies to improve HR processes and services.
• Manage HR-related projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, including ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements.
• Manage company insurance programs, including workers’ compensation, general liability, property, auto, and other business insurance.
• Work with management, employees, and outside professionals on HR, legal, immigration, and other employment-related matters.
