Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Human Resources Director to join its leadership team. The role provides professional planning, reporting and analysis to support organizational goals and protects assets by resolving conflicts.

Ensures HR activities comply with laws and licensing bodies while overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and HRIS records. You will influence management decisions and drive HR initiatives across the center and its

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of management experience required; 5 years healthcare experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations related to HR.
• Experience with wage/salary programs, benefits, workers’ compensation, recruiting/retention, training and employee relations; leadership and admin abilities.
