Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience within a publicly traded company or large, complex private organization.
• Strong expertise in compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building and implementing scalable HR programs in a growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and talent management.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategy.
• Lead compensation strategy, including salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and program development.
• Support Compensation Committee activities and Board-level compensation discussions.
• Develop scalable HR processes, policies, and programs to support business expansion.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Leverage HRIS technology to improve reporting, workforce analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Foster employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
