Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, trades, or similar industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, performance, and compliance.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, development, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage compensation, benefits, leave, workers' comp, and unemployment claims.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support recruiting and retention for field and office personnel.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance concerns.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting requirements.
• Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.
