St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR initiatives across the Network Entity or Hospital. The role reports to the Entity President with an informal reporting line to the CHRO.

Responsibilities include directing HR programs, advising management on disciplinary actions, overseeing regulatory compliance, and supervising HR staff across multiple campuses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR or related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS/ATS.

Aufgaben

• Plans, organizes, directs and controls HR programs including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and policies.
• Advises management on disciplinary actions, promotions, transfers, salary recommendations, policy interpretations, terminations and grievances.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR; maintains OSHA logs and workers' compensation claims.
• Oversees HR data entry in reporting systems and participates in regulatory reviews and Joint Commission inspections.
• Collaborates with Network HR administrative team and other Entity HR Directors to accomplish essential HR functions.
