Cal Poly Humboldt is seeking a Director of Campus Human Resources to lead employee relations, compensation, and front office operations in a complex university environment. This role reports to the AVP of Human Resources and guides a team of HR professionals to ensure equitable and compliant practices campus-wide.

The Director will oversee labor relations, bargaining agreements, and staff investigations, while shaping pay structures, job classifications, and employee programs in alignment with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressively responsible HR management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee employee relations and labor relations, ensuring compliance with CBAs and policies.
• Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Lead mediation, Labor Management Committee meetings, and disputes resolution.
• Supervise investigations and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
• Provide data-driven reports and guidance on compensation, classification, and equity.
