Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Five+ years HR consulting/generalist experience with leadership responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and org development.
• Experience advising executives and leading multi-client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the HR consulting practice; guide client engagements.
• Advise executives on employee relations, talent management, policies, compliance.
• Develop and coach HR consultants, manage team performance.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, and client satisfaction.
