Regions in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a Business Unit Compliance Analyst to support first-line risk management. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence and collaborating with lines of business to implement compliant processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance, QA/control, or audit, plus strong analytical and written communication skills. This exempt position involves various regulatory responsibilities and policy development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance/Control, Audit, or related compliance function.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance/Control, Audit, or related compliance function.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of rules and regulations and their impact on products/services for a specific line of business.
• Partner with leadership to advise on compliance issues.
• Research laws and assess changes with second line of defense involvement.
• Identify potential violations and escalate for resolution.
• Administer monitoring and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver compliance training to the line of business.
