Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk Governance Analyst in Birmingham, AL to help deploy risk management practices aligned with the Risk Management Framework. You will help develop risk controls, compile and report metrics, and support data-driven risk assessments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and familiarity with risk frameworks. Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and reporting tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or business field is required.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk and operational risk management frameworks.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing internal risk and control structures across the organization.
• Compile data and maintain metrics reporting for risk and performance.
• Analyze risk data and prepare risk assessments with supporting workpapers.
• Support risk projects including change management and reporting.
• Create presentations and reports using SharePoint, Power BI, and GRC Archer tools.
