Based in Santa Clarita, the role coordinates salary grades, FLSA classifications, retirement plans, and HRIS governance while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. This on-site position requires 8–10 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR).
• OSHA/Cal-OSHA expertise and knowledge of regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with human capital management systems (Paycom preferable).
