Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Specialist on the HR Strategic Communications team to bring HR priorities, programs, and employee experiences to life through clear, engaging communications. You will partner with HR leaders, communications colleagues, and subject matter experts to support planning, content development, and measurement across high-visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years of communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related experience.
Experience developing, editing, and deploying employee communications across digital channels.
Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating communication plans, projects, and content calendars.

Responsibilities

Provide input to and execute communication plans and deployment schedules, coordinating with HR partners and stakeholders.
Develop creative content by drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting employee communications.
Build, schedule, publish, and maintain content across employee channels (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters, displays).
Analyze communication performance metrics and audience engagement data to improve effectiveness.
