Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related experience.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating communication plans, projects, and content calendars.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to and execute communication plans and deployment schedules with HR partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain content across employee channels (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters).
• Translate strategies into clear, employee-focused messaging aligned with Edwards’ voice and brand.
• Assess feedback and refine content; maintain version control and messaging consistency.
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve effectiveness and channel usage.
• Collaborate across HR and other functions to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
