Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to designated business units and align people strategy with business objectives. This role combines hands-on HR generalist work with consultative partnership to leaders, supporting performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

The salary range for this role will be $70,000 - $80,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
• Strong working knowledge of federal employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to managers on team structure, capability gaps, workforce planning, and change management.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management.
• Guide managers through performance management processes, including PIPs and coaching documentation.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy for assigned client groups.
