Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership/HRBP role.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and lead HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership partnering with site leadership to drive engagement and workforce readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a three-person HR team across Operations and Quality.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and labor matters with compliance to the CBA.
• Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Oversee compensation, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversee policy development and compliance with employment laws.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for union and salaried staff.
