AVALON in Southern California seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support manufacturing operations. You will implement HR policies and partner with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Planning, Sales/Marketing and Operations to align people strategy with business needs.

Responsibilities include succession planning, talent management, labor relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, plus workforce planning with IT and Production. Travel about 10%.

Competenze

• Knowledge of benefits, compensation plans, and compliance (FLSA, EEO, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication; proactive, clear communicator.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience partnering with operations and management to meet business goals.
• 5+ years related experience; 1-2 years in a leadership role; 1+ year manufacturing experience.

Mansioni

• Develop intermediate/short-range departmental goals with Management.
• Coordinate, implement, monitor and update HR plans and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics.
• Plan staffing and resource allocation with HR and direct reports.
• Align Directorate goals with Quality management (BQMS).
• Support IT and Production with long-range resource plans.
• May perform special projects as assigned.
