Georgia-Pacific LLC in Corrigan, TX is seeking a Manager - HRBP to join the HR team. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.

You will align HR strategies with business goals, lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews, and coach managers on development, retention, and compliance.

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role
Experience in a complex, matrixed environment and in risk assessment
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS data analytics
Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions

Responsibilities

Build trust with leaders and employees and align workforce to company values
Partner with senior leadership to understand strategy and drive HR innovation
Develop and grow the HR team to enhance capability and performance
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent reviews
Provide data-driven HR metrics and collaborate with HR centers of expertise for integrated solutions
Coach managers on development, retention, and employee relations
Lead investigations and mitigate HR compliance risks
Drive culture, change management, DEI, and engagement initiatives
Foster knowledge sharing across HR teams
Anticipate future needs and influence outcomes
