Collectors is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to shape the People strategy across our Vault Operations and emerging marketplace. You will partner with the VP of Operations and site leaders to influence organizational design, talent development, and employee relations, ensuring a thriving workplace aligned with business goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth setting, preferably in production-based or startup environments.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations governing employment policies and practices.
• Experience with organizational design and talent development across multiple employee groups.
• Strong data-driven approach to HR initiatives and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of People strategy across the Vault Operations organization.
• Act as a change agent to reshape the business with a world-class employee experience.
• Provide coaching and development to management stakeholders to strengthen leadership teams.
• Partner with People team on talent assessment, benefits, compliance, mobility, budget, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze organizational health through metrics like performance, satisfaction, attrition, and inclusion.
