Job summary

BRINC, a Seattle-based drone-tech company, is hiring an HR Business Partner to shape how we support, develop, and scale our people as BRINC grows. You will partner with leaders and employees across the organization, advising on performance, compensation, organizational design, and talent planning while balancing speed and sound people practices.

This role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and hands-on execution to build processes and programs that align with BRINC’s mission and culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Employment Law Knowledge.
• Experience with an HRIS, Sequoia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, leadership development and people-related decisions.
• Coach leaders at all levels to build high-performing teams across the U.S. and Canada.
• Guide on compensation philosophy, career architecture and internal equity.
