You will act as advisor to management and employees, drive talent development, hiring, retention, and employee relations while reporting to GM and VP HR.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Seven to ten years’ experience in human resources leadership.
• Hands on experience with talent programs and initiatives is preferred.
• HR certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in relationship management.

Mansioni

• Administers HR plans and procedures and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Consult regularly with management and provide guidance.
• Oversee recruiting efforts and educate applicants about job openings.
• Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Provide training on policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Analyze data to ensure competitive salaries and benchmark appropriately.
• Coordinate benefits packages and employee inquiries.
• Assist with terminations and outplacement as needed.
• Mediate employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Support performance review processes and management reporting.
