Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases, based in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as HR Business Partner. The role balances day-to-day HR operations with strategic initiatives to improve hiring, retention, and employee engagement across business lines.

The HRBP will advise management and employees on HR topics, develop integrated solutions, and report to the General Manager with dotted line to the VP, HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Seven to ten years’ experience in human resources leadership.
• Hands on experience with talent programs and initiatives is preferred.
• HR certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Administers various human resource plans and procedures; maintains compliance with laws.
• Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting efforts to identify and educate applicants about openings.
• Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Provide training on company policies, payroll structures and benefits.
