Job summary

Teya Development Company, LLC in Anchorage, AK is seeking an HR Business Partner to support daily HR activities, partner with operations managers, and drive HR processes across contracts. The role requires traveling as needed and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.

You will handle employee relations, investigations, onboarding/offboarding, compliance with CBAs and laws, and participate in strategic projects while maintaining HRIS data and generating

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience across multiple functions including employee relations and investigations.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and contracting contexts.
• Experience with HRIS, CostPoint or similar systems and union environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Managers to support HR activities.
• maintains HR compliance across contracts and CBAs.
• Advise on employee relations, recruitment, compensation, education/training, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain HRIS and generate regular reports and metrics.
• Lead projects and develop workflows aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and changes for contracts; ensure legal compliance.
