Qualifications

• 5-8 years of applicable experience.
• Advanced Tableau development skills including complex calculations, data blending, performance optimization, and executive-ready visual design.
• Strong hands on experience building Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, automation, and repeatable reporting processes.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, validate data quality, and work across large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, relational databases, and structured data pipelines.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable reporting products that support business, operational, and regulatory needs.
• Strong data quality and data governance discipline including validation controls, lineage, and reconciliation processes.
• Analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and convert data into actionable insights.
• Ability to gather requirements, priorities reporting needs, and work effectively with Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills to present insights and explain data logic to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
• Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
• Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
