The Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist (GS-0201-13) to lead strategic HR programs and advisory services for civilian personnel.

You will provide expert guidance on merit promotion, recruitment, and resource management, prepare diverse HR documents, and drive studies to improve HRM programs in support of command missions; security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience required for this GS-13 level.
• Ability to plan, develop and carry out HR management programs.
• Provide expert HRM guidance to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Plan and carry out a full range of HR management programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on HRM programs to support command goals.
• Lead and participate in HRM project studies to influence policy changes.
• Prepare documents for newsletters, congressional inquiries, reports and briefings.
