Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping staff to maintain guest room and public area cleanliness to hotel standards.
• Coordinate schedules, payroll and workloads for efficiency.
• Train and develop housekeeping associates.
• Collaborate with front office, maintenance and banquets to resolve guest issues.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, VIP rooms and Showrooms daily.
• Monitor inventory and supplier relationships to ensure supplies are available.
