Job summary

Hilton St. Charles in New Orleans seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive guestrooms revenue across assigned market segments. You will support the sales and catering team to meet or exceed budgeted targets and monthly sales goals.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in a comparable hotel, with strong English communication and negotiation skills. Collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of past sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a similar size and quality hotel preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and catering team in achieving and exceeding budgeted goals in guestroom revenue, profit and occupancy for the total hotel.
• Communicate with Revenue and Sales Directors to review opportunities impacting revenue goals.
• Conduct weekly sales calls to existing and new accounts and uncover new business in assigned market segments.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new accounts for future bookings.
