EliteService Staffing in Akron USA is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue generation, develop sales strategies, and boost occupancy for our hotel. You will cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and industry partners to secure new business.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, a minimum of 3 years in hotel sales (preferably with a managerial background), and strong negotiation and communication skills to meet targets and drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent customer service for guests.
Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
Train and mentor junior sales staff members.
