Rebel Hotel Company seeks a Director of Sales for Home2 Suites by Hilton Lancaster in Lancaster, PA. You will oversee sales and marketing for a select-service hotel, drive occupancy and ADR growth, and lead the sales staff.

The role requires strong negotiation, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. Exempt, on-site, full-time with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (state).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate group, transient, and corporate sales to maximize revenue.
• Develop and manage annual budget and advertising, PR, and sales plans.
• Proactively conduct outside sales calls, tours, and entertain clients.
• Understand contracts and negotiate terms therein.
• Monitor market trends and predict revenue opportunities.
