White Lodging is seeking a Full Time Loss Prevention Manager to lead safety and security operations at the Marriott Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee the Loss Prevention Department, implement strategies to prevent loss, and partner with hotel leadership to protect guests, associates, and assets.

The ideal candidate has law enforcement background and a strong track record in loss prevention, with leadership skills to train and develop a high-performing security team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business-related field.
• Previous law enforcement experience preferred or required for the role.
• Familiarity with progressive loss prevention and safety strategies in hospitality.
