Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality finance/accounting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise 2+ employees and lead a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow and financial reporting for the property.
• Monitor revenues and expenses; ensure accurate recording.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly variance analyses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate financial audits with CPAs and management.
• Oversee staff training and development.
