Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in hotel or building management
• Senior role experience in facilities management
• Ability to lead and train staff and enforce Hyatt service standards
• English proficiency and strong written communication

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and negotiate revisions with vendors, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Requisition supplies and materials for construction and maintenance
• Coordinate opening discussions with owners, contractors, and designers to resolve issues
• Interpret plans and contract terms to staff and clients
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Inspect projects for code compliance and safety
• Interact with corporate staff on capital expenditures
• Coach employees to reflect Hyatt standards and improve service
