Qualifications

• Six+ years in hotel or building management, preferably with Hyatt.
• Senior role in facilities management with leadership experience.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and negotiate revisions with vendors and contractors.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance of structures and systems.
• Prepare budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Inspect projects for building and safety code compliance.
• Coach and counsel staff to Hyatt service standards.
